As a previous community radio presenter, Aladin advocates positivity and empowerment, earning acclaim for her holistic approach to life from various publications.

Keith Robinson

Since the age of nineteen, Keith has been self-employed, dedicating sixteen years to the health and wellness industry. His expertise lies in enhancing cardiovascular health, optimizing gut microbiome, balancing the immune system, and regulating body pH through tailored nutrition strategies. Keith’s commitment has enabled numerous individuals to achieve self-repair and conquer health issues once deemed insurmountable.

Wendy Chalmers Mill

Wendy, an Inner Shift facilitator, has over 30 years of experience in Humanology, focusing on human behaviour, well-being, impact, and communication. Starting as a physiotherapist and ergonomist in Occupational Health, she later became a qualified life coach, NLP practitioner, and reiki practitioner. Wendy empowers others through personal vision building, offering 1:1 coaching, intuitive healing, and involvement in her collective called The Wisdom Witches. She’s a recognized expert, author, and media presence, known for her insightful contributions to personal growth and understanding.

Shabnum Khilji

Shabnum is a dedicated advocate for women’s rights, focusing on expanding educational opportunities for girls, addressing health issues, and promoting mental health awareness. She believes education can catalyse positive change and is deeply committed to social upliftment through advocacy and community work. An avid traveller, Shabnum uses her global experiences to reinforce her advocacy efforts, continually seeking to contribute to a global narrative of progress and empathy.

Muzahid Khan DL

Muzahid is a Deputy Lieutenant for Greater Manchester. He works as the Social Business & Innovation Manager at Upturn, a leading social enterprise in the UK. Muzahid is also an author, having published his first book, “The Gift of Giving,” in 2021. In addition to being an NLP life coach and consultant, he has extensive experience in the charity sector and with the Charity Commission. He previously worked in local government, where he was involved in various government task forces.

He also provides mentorship and guidance to start-ups and emerging businesses, helping them achieve sustainable growth and success in their respective industries.

Ahsan Mustafa

Ahsan Mustafa, a Solicitor and Notary Public at Nolans Solicitors in Glasgow, specialises in commercial litigation, debt recovery, and insolvency with experience in government legal divisions and rights of audience at the Astana International Finance Centre, Ahsan brings expertise to the Law Society of Scotland’s Civil Justice Committee. Beyond law, he holds a 5th Degree black belt in Kukkiwon Taekwondo.

With over 15 years of experience, Grafx Media offers comprehensive media support and photography services for events nationwide. Mian’s expertise in business management, both locally and internationally, has been crucial to Grafx Media’s success. Under his leadership, the company prioritises high-quality media support, with a state-of-the-art studio in Glasgow producing globally broadcasted shows. Mian’s dedication has set new standards for excellence and innovation in the media industry.

Amna Choudry

Amna Choudry is the director of Psynergy Solutions, and an award winning and highly experienced psychotherapist and motivational speaker and presenter. She is dedicated to fostering community connections and making a positive impact. She has over 20 years of experience as a trainer, facilitator, and life coach. She has worked in community cohesion and leadership roles, Amna brings a wealth of mental health and psychological expertise to support individuals on their journey toward well-being. Her passion lies in creating meaningful exchange through therapeutic practices and motivational insights, using Western and Islamic frameworks.

Dr Rosemary Harley OBE

Dr Rose Mary Harley OBE, BSc, PhD, PGDip(Marketing), DipAFH, DSJ, AMMS, FRSA, is a microbiologist. She did a Master’s course in Marketing and Business, followed by her doctorate in mycotoxicology. She is a founder and trustee of the charity LUV+, which supports people afflicted by leprosy in Sub-Saharan Africa, and now serves as its Chairman. Dr Rose Mary Harley was the Commander of the Order of St John of Jerusalem in Glasgow. This organisation is heavily involved in supporting a variety of worthy local charities. She served two terms as Deacon of the Incorporation of Bakers of the Trades House of Glasgow. She was the Chairman of both the Trades House fundraising committee, and the Kinship Care Initiative.

Parinaz Pourrahimian

Parinaz is a researcher at Heriot-Watt University, involved with CircularChem, which aims to transition the UK’s chemical industry to a sustainable, fossil-free future. Her academic journey includes roles at Abertay University and Glasgow University, where she contributes to various research projects aimed at enhancing industry standards and sustainability. As a Quality Management Tutor at Rove, she leverage over 13 years of experience in quality management and business.

Rani

Rani Dhanda brings strong expertise in inclusive leadership, equality, diversity and inclusion, with a clear focus on translating values into everyday behaviours. Her work supports leaders and teams to build psychologically safe environments where wellbeing, fairness and performance reinforce each other. Rani advises on strategy, culture and decision making to ensure services are inclusive, ethical and responsive to diverse needs. She is particularly passionate about supporting small and medium organisations to embed inclusion in practical, sustainable ways that improve both wellbeing and organisational effectiveness.
